Added Custom jQuery Form in SharePoint Validation won't work

Question

 I did insert the form as form.html in content editor ...

The data successfully get created but I'm not able to add validation for some reason.

When I add validation is not working it just refreshes the page and data will not be submited.

Any suggestion please let me know thanks ?
