Adding header in word documents which only comes MS officec#

Question

i have read too many tutorial that how to add headers and footers in word document using c# with the help of Microsoft.Office.interop but all the tutorial was about custom headers and footers but my question is i want to add headers and footers which already comes with Microsoft office 2010 only i don't want to add custom headers and footers as

 

i just want these headers to be added programmatically is there any way with Microsoft.Office.interop ?? thank you so much
