asp.net mvc 4 with angularjs

1.Is asp.net mvc 4 with angularjs suggestable to develop web application.

2.when we can use Angular as client side(plain HTML pages as views) and WebAPI as data supplier, what is the use of asp.netMvc4 with angularjs?

3. whether people are using it for the purpose of hosting on IIS.

pls can any one give the clarity on the same.
