Code to regain timer value on page load during online exam

Can u Guys,please suggest how to catch last timer value in case of power failure while online exam.

 

I am developing an online examination,where i need to implement ,in case of power failure  ,where i will resume timer value and last attempted question on screen.

 

Please suggest me this.
