Compilation Error when executing C & CPP files

Question

Hi Friends,

 

I want to execute the C or CPP code in Visual Studio 2008 and expecting the Externlib folder as a output. but when i am compiling i am getting the below error.

 

Command line error D8016 : '/RTC1' and '/clr' command-line options are incompatible.

please tell me the correct solution for this issue.
