Custom action while creating application setup

Question

Hi,

 

My requirement is.

I am creating setup project where i want take user email id before installation  and if this email id valid then user can install this application else not. mean should not go to next step.

 

please give me idea how to put custom validation on installer file in onInstall event or so i can validate user before installation.
