Data Comes in Json format instead of being bind in jQGrid

Hello,i am new in Jquery and i tried to use jQGrid for displaying data from database in mvc

and i am being stuck , i got data in json format and i want that data to be bind in jQgrid. I put the jQery script files and css files correctly.
