Developing on BitCoin

Question

Hello there, I'm a beginner in ASP.NET. I'm building an MVC C# application that will involve people sending and receiving bitcoins.

I'm struggling to get documentation or tutorials on how to implement this in mvc C#. So far I have managed to get an API key from Blockchain but I dont seem to find any library I can use. My second option to maybe use Coinbase OAuth2 for people to register. then send payments and I do ithdrawals manually. What is your advise? Im really stuck
