Drop down should search both lists and then display

Hello C# Corner,
 
I want to implement dropdown list in SharePoint(using HTML/JavaScript ) and Visual Studio. I have attached snapshot photo of the display. Below is what I want to display.   

1) User will type first few letters of “Project ID” column or “Project Descriptor” column.

2) Drop down should search both lists and then display the following based on matching Project ID or Project description.

i) List Name (Augility or Aurecon) on top (instead of NBA Teams / NHL Teams)

ii) “Project ID” – “Project Descriptor” under list name (instead of team name)

 Please, Can help me with material or any Code Source to look at..
