error 1067 squid can not start on windows

Question

hi i am trying to install squid2.7 stable 7 on window7 and on other machines of windows i am getting this error msg..when i try to start squid service
error 1067 squid can not start on windows, program abnormally terminated....
so i was wondering if any one can help me regarding this and tell me complete process of installing squid and its constraints....
