Feedback on some .net career...

Question

I would like to get some good feedback on what maybe I should focus one. Ive been a software enginneer for a year and working on varouis technology as SQL,Oracle, SSRS Reporting, supporting varouis .net application. I'm a beginner programmer but I have spent a lot of time studying c#.  I don't really have much of an opportunity to write some new application at work.

 

Beside reading books, working on some small home project do u guys have any feedbacks that I should focus on so I can go to the next level. I started watching several video on plurasight and reading this blog on a daily basis.

 

My main goal is to focus in MVC, C#, .net core and JS fundamental for a year and see where it takes me. I was wondering if any one have other advices...
