filename,directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect

Question

Hi,

   i am developing an tool which convert xml file into another xml file with some modifications. the tool working fine in my sysem. but when the client running this tool they got the error "The filename, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect."  what it is his error. i don't have any idea about this. how to solve this. need help.
