Getting HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden" error

Question

Hi

 

I have created a web application in VS 2017 and run it, but getting  

HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden" ,

 

I have also enable default directory in IIS, run's again but still getting same error

 

also add in webconfig

 

<system.webServer>

<modules runAllManagedModulesForAllRequests="true"></modules>

</system.webServer>

 

problem is not solving.

 

please let me know how fix this issue.
