How can one user login on only one fixed system

Question

Hello Friends,

I have one problem i want to one user login and access application by using only one fixed pc if he is try to login by using another pc then application is not authorized for login.

My web application is for real estate management system client required his employee done work only by company assign pc if they are login on own pc or any other pc then application is not allowed them.

 

I am tried Mac address solution is unique id for each is but when iam host my application on server so code retrieves server side mac address not pc mac address.

please suggest solution for this requirement
