how SCM(conf. mgmt engineers) can progress after 8+ exp.

Question

Hi, I have 7.5 years of experience in "Software Configuration Managment" and worked version control and continues integration tools and Linux/Unix scripting. But from last 3 years I am managing a team of 25+ members in a telecom company, My task is to manage people, negotiate tasks assigned, Teams load balancing, team issue and management resolution and resolving technical issues while working on tools. 

As this stage of my career I am confused in which way I can go to enhance my knowledge and skills, so as to get better Future in IT industry.

Can anyone please help me to guide, which can be the best path for me, shall I go for  PMP/Prince2/CSM or something else that can help me to move in Project Management or Operations Management
