how to access the asp.net core angular2 application globally

I have created asp.net core angular2 application uisng entityframework I want to run the same application to external users by browsing the url directly.As I tested for the Asp.Net Web application it was accessing through   'iis' but .Net core Angular2 application not accessing globally it was displaying static data not the service data like..I create web-api service get method using entityframework when I am running the service I am getting the data from sqlServerDB.But the same service when I am running through iis data is not retriewing..Please get the solution?
