How to backup Outlook for Mac database on an FTP server ?

I am looking for a solution to backup Outlook for mac email database on my FTP server. I have tried time machine backup but I am not able to figure out how to take the backup files on the FTP server. So I am looking for an alternative for Time Machine as its a bit complicated and also time consuming. Thanks
