How to bend a Listview in UWP to an angle

I have a requirement to bend a vertical listview to an arc shape and scroll its contents in Universal Windows Platform. I tried a lot but could not find a solution.The list should be in a semi circular shape as shown in the image. If someone knows please help.Thanks in advance.
