How to create a register and login page?

I am creating a windows app, and have created register and login page.<br /><div>but i want once the user has registered and signed in in the account, then on next time when he opens the app he should be navigated to home page. But in my case on opening the app, it is again giving the option to register and login</div><div>can anyone help me out?&nbsp;</div>
