How to integrate "Google Identity Toolkit" in C# web Application ?

Hello,
I'm looking for a solution on how to integrate Google Identity Toolkit into my web application using C#. The solution should be similar to this one where a user can Login or Signup for a new account http://www.openidsamplestore.com/localmapping/index.php?route=common/home
It has been few days trying and trying but without success. And i feel so depressed because I couldn't find a full documentation or a complete code ...
Can anyone help me ?
