How to move cursor from one row to other?

I have a page which contains details of patients.The patient may have number of visits right.If suppose the patient first visit detail has been deleted it should automatically fetch the next visit of patient and have to show it(i.e)the entire details of next visit.For that i have to move the cursor from one row to other.How to do it in mvc?
