How to open AngularJS app in visual studio 2012 ?

hi,

 

i am new in AngularJS 

i download one app when i open in visual studio 2012 

its generate error

http://localhost:9533 : error : Error opening web http://localhost:9533. The Web site 'http://localhost:9533' could not be found.
