I am looking for a job past 2 months but am not getting significant calls

Question

I have 1 year of exp in asp.net,c#.I am searching in Pune.
Just wanted to know from you all that is the market down....is this the reason for me not getting the calls?
Should i go for some courses or should i wait?
Please help...Its really frustrating:(
