I want to crate registration view in mvc using razor

Hi frnds I am createing a application using registration form So here i am creating all views for the application so i want to know that how to create registration form without model or db.want to create how our ui page and send it to tl.so here i wa t to use razor in visual studil 2013 .after create this page i hv edit link buttion.if i click on that button so registration page should come and we can midify and update so please tell me how to do this.pl reply asap
