i want to create a survey application .....in Angular js

hi ,

   i wan to create a survey application in angular js with json data ....

    in which user can define a question ...each question can be of only one type ..

  either single, multipule ,rating  , yes_no,picture choice ,and he in case of multipule choice he can add more options ...

   .i am not getting the way how to do this ..and how to make the json structure for this specialy in case of rating..
