i want to make my carrier in SQL, what should be mine path

Question

I am BCA +MCA and spent 2 years in many exp,  now get to know that i must go with SQL because its mine core area of interest.

 

So please guide me how to make start in  and get my all wishes come true, i want to be master of  MS SQL,

 

please help me, let me know the starting point and the way should i follow.
