Incorrect syntax near.. in SQL Server Statement?

Why is this giving a "Mistaken punctuation close 'ace'" blunder? I place ace in square sections too.

Make LOGIN ,<a href="http://kosmiktechnologies.com/sql-dba-training-in-hyderabad/">SQLDBA </a>with DEFAULT_DATABASE = master
