Inquiry Sysyem for College : Using Calling Fascility

Hello,

I want to make 1 inquiry system for college in such a way that when parents call on college's certain number then they will be able to hear that if you want to check your children's attendance press 1, for exam mark press 2 like that (As like we call on customer care).
Please please help me.
