Insert a value on two conditions in a excel using epplus

Hi all, I have a excel sheet with data from column A to E. Now, I have to search a specific value in column A and another specific value in column C where both should be in same in row. If the row meet my condition then I have to a value to column F of that row which meet both condition. Please help to solve this. Thanks in advance.
