Is good practice to use WCF Rest Service with Entity Framewo

I am going to design a new system, have need of your help. I want to know that. is a good practice to use Wcf rest services with entity framework? 

can i create a single project for wcf rest serivces with entity framework. or shoud i create two project seprately one for wcf rest serices and another for entity framework.

 

Please guide me i am new in this level.
