Is HP Spectre x360 15 (2017) enough for Visual studio?

Question

I plan to purhcase HP Spectre x360 15 (2017) model, which has Inter Core I7 7500U (Dual Core) Processor, 16gb of RAM, 512 GB of SSD.

 

I used to play with 4 to 5 Instance of visual studio, SQL Server, Browsers. So I just want to know is this laptop is enough to handle this multi tasking?

 

Lots of blogs says that its dual core, so go for quad core processor. But most of the laptops comes with dual core processors. So please help to choose or ignore this laptop
