Mahesh Sir, need your help ?

Question

In august month, i got visual studio 2010 ultimate with msdn subscription.

The Key which  provided me by PRAVEEN SIR  for Visual Studio 2010 ultimate.

When i registred for that ON 10th sept., till now i didn't get any Subscriber id from 
microsoft.

When I send mail with my name,email id, phone number to microsoft for inquiry.

Then reply me like this:

Thank you for your email regarding your subscriber ID.

I am unable to locate any details using the information you provided.

Can you provide me with other details like order number, or Activation 
Card screenshot or proof of purchase?

Once information is provided, I would be more than happy to assist you.
