MEF 2.0 Tutorial

Can someone point to robust site on how to use MEF 2.0 for a plugin architecture. I am most familiar with MEF 1.0. I hear there are a lot of new things out with MEF 2.0. I have not found an good website on MEF 2.0. showing you step by step how to get started.
