oscilloscope real time graph

Hello,

I am new in c# windows application. I want to create a windows application that I want to show oscilloscope real time graph. I that application there is 3 btn, start, stop and save (save graph data in excel format).

Could you please help me on this. I have no idea about how to add the continuous graph (Like task manager performance section) in c#.
