PC Security of VS2012 errors

Hello all.

I hope someone can help me. I will make this extremely simply. If I create a windows form and say add a button, no code involved. I then publish say to my local drive.
When I then try to install the Windows app and I get this error. The problem obviously is serious and I have NO IDEA what I could have done. I am 100% sure that certificates are up to date.

Can someone PLEASE help me?
