RDLC Report designer in visual studio 2017 not working

Hello, I am new to Visual Studio 2017, I was designing an invoice in RDLC report that was not opening in 2017 version, it was opening with xml.

Earlier I was using vs 2013 , there I found the report designer but not in the latest version.
