reference doesn't add the project file

Question

hii everyone, 

       i have a doubt in adding one sub-project to the main project with reference.In my code i add a refrence of one project.i was successfully added and i run the module, at the run time the it made the error like this

Error CS0006 Metadata file 'C:\Users\user\Source\Repos\ConsoleTest\FileExample\bin\Debug\FileExample.exe' could not be found ConsoleTest C:\Users\user\Source\Repos\ConsoleTest\ConsoleTest\CSC 1 N/A

        what i do now please anyone give the solution for this
