rgistartion of clsid

hi,

 

          can any one know how to register a class? actually class id is found in HKEY_CLASS_ROOT. But error message "Could not load file or assembly 'Interop.MPLATFORMLib, Version=1.6.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format". what has to be done ? help me out
