set excel database variable to text box for getting values

i have one text box after click on that open textfield box and in that textfield there are one button for open database field. and open one dialog box in that box i have create one combo box and text box for select excel value hoe to select that value and this values/variable set for direct my text box

i want to write query for retrive data and set variable to text box but how??
