SharePoint 2013 Rating WebPart

Dear All,

I have a problem with Rating webpart.

1) i have a application pages created by visual studio

2) created webpart and added a reffernece in the application pages using webpartzone.

"form control does not have controlmode set. sharepoint 2013 ".

i faced above error. added controlmode="Display" in createchild control but it is rendering like this please help me out.
