'Oracle.DataAccess.Client.OracleCon threw an exception.

Question

how to resolve this error.

 

i add oracle data access dll from my oracle folder

 

when i execute my application this exception is thrown

 

i refer online and change the oracle version and excute but the same error is coming how to fix it.
