Startup with higher salary or an established product company

Question

Hi Guru's, Myself saravanakumar. 5.9 years expo in asp.net MVC. I am currently looking for a job change due very less learning opportunity, poor work life balance, and very less pay in my current service based mnc chennai. I have got two offers. 1. An established product based company. Pros: heard good work life balance. Building the product from the sarath. Can learn agile, en and web api. Will continue to work on same healthcare domain. Cons: low appraisals. Got info like going to merged with mnc with hectic management. CTC: 8.5 thinks it's low for 5.9 ys. 2. A startup with 50+ emp founded by goggle employees. Pros: they are saying google like work culture. Higher pay. Cons: no info about appraisals. CTC: 9.5 they told like appraisals on every 6 months. Really confused on where to join? Could somebody help me on what's important??
