Tabs index positioning

Question

There exist a tabcontrol1, I just need to manage the 5 existing tabs that are on the tab control base upon if the grid view data on each tab.

  i just want to write logic to basically manage the index of each tab.

So there exist one tabcontrol1 that has five tabs, each tab has its on grid view. the tabs that contain grid views with no datawrite logic to move tabs to the back, else move tabs with grid view containing data to the front.
