The best approach to build project in Angular 2

Hi,

 

I hope you are doing well. I am gonna to start a new project and client's technologies requirements is Angular 2 with typescript. So i am getting confuse with the best approach for client side to server side.

I have some approaches like:

 

1) Client side with angular CLI and server side will be Asp.Net Core API

 

2) Client and server side both in Asp.Net Core web project

 

if anyone has some good approach to go with then please let me know.

We need to use latest technologies in the project please suggest me acccording to that
