Then how display the same radio button selected value

Question

I designed Objective Questions Multiple choice of Exam.

The Objective questions and Options can be displayed in three languages(English,hindi,Marathi) on selection of ComboBox.

Then how display the same radio button selected value for one question in three languages in wpf.
