Question

hi, I want to make an application on car's accesories which is used to enter a data that which item is avaliable , which item is sold, the item which i want in my shop and many more. It is based on a windows form as you all know that GUI attracts the people as well now, i want to ask you that which language and which tool is need or used by me to make such application. Thank yew in advance for all and specially sumit jolly, i know he will definitly reply on my post as he always help me and others too :)
