How to display data from database into numericalupdown

Hello guys , I'm new member & I glad to join with you , forgive me if I made a mistake because it's a first time to post

I need your help please ,

I have a database with three columns as shown below :

I have two numericalupdown & one combobox , I made a connect between combobox & column1

now when I chose item from comobox let's suppose I chose Ali I need to display his PL value (22) in first numericalupdown

and UL value (24) in second numericalupdown
