how to Get value from button inside Datalist a user control

I need to get the value when button click which is inside the datalist that data list is placed inside the user control. I bind the user control on the aspx page now my requirement is get the value from the when the button click which is inside the datalist that data list placed in the user control. I must get the value from aspx page. pls help
