FilePermissions

Question

Hi!

 

I want to hide the file permission dialog in my application.There is one specific folder in localappdata which my application access it.If user will not be logged in then that folder will not be acessible to him,although folder is not accessible,but that file permission dialog opens which says-"You don't have required permission to access this folder.If you want to continue then go to security tab"

But what i want- i don't want to show that dialog only message will be shown through system tray icon.

How can i do that?

Advices are also appreciable
