Configure with .dmp file in .net

Question

Dear Sir,

I have working with a project that is  configure with ( Crash Dump File (.dmp) file),

Need to configure with .net window application and update some data from sql server database.

can you please suggest me how to configure and perform Edit/Update/Delete/Select Operation.
